Our story
A bakery, and then some
Breada started as a neighborhood bakery in Downtown Haifa and grew into a small family of places — a bakery for the morning loaf, and a brunch spot for slower days. Every branch keeps the same instinct: bake it fresh, keep it simple, and let people linger.
What we bake
Slow dough, honest ingredients
Sourdough proofed overnight, croissants laminated over three days, and a counter that changes with the seasons. Nothing rushed, nothing dressed up — just bread, pastry, and coffee, baked fresh every morning.
